On Solid Ground

On Solid Ground (OSG) is a nonprofit organization committed to creating a safe and supportive Transitional Living Program (TLP) for young adults ages 18–21 who are aging out of foster care or facing housing instability. We believe every young person deserves more than just a place to stay. They deserve a place where they feel safe, respected, supported, and encouraged to build a future filled with possibilities.

For many young adults, turning 18 does not mean they are fully prepared to live on their own. Too often, they step into adulthood without stable housing, dependable support, or the guidance needed to navigate life’s responsibilities. OSG exists to help change that. We want to offer a place where young adults can find safety, structure, community, and hope while building a stronger foundation for their future.

We are building more than housing; we are building a lifestyle. We will come alongside our residents and show them how to gain life skills, set goals, make informed decisions, and prepare for the future. Our mission is grounded in three guiding principles: Empower, Equip, and Encourage.

OSG exists because we believe every young person deserves the chance to stand on solid ground.
