Our Mission Statement:

At Rise our mission is to provide transitional housing and holistic support to young women especially those aging out of foster care and their children. We are a nonprofit committed to fostering healing stability and self sufficiency while affirming the worth and potential of every woman and child we serve.

What we do: 

The Rise Home provides 12 months of safe, stable housing for at-risk women, especially those who have aged out of foster care with nowhere else to turn. During their stay, women receive wraparound support including mentorship, job readiness, life skills training, and access to community resources that empower them to build a self-sufficient future. 

What Makes Rise Different? 

• Focus on Aged-Out Youth – Many programs overlook this vulnerable group. Rise stands in the gap for young women aging out of foster care, ensuring they don’t face homelessness or crisis alone. 

• A Proven, Organic Community of Support – Over the past 6 years, Rise has cultivated a grassroots network of local women, churches, and businesses who walk alongside our residents, creating a true family of support. 

• A Track Record of Transformation – From emergency assistance to transitional care, Rise has already impacted hundreds of women across New Hampshire, helping them take their next steps with hope and dignity. 

Our Wins So Far: 

• Successfully purchased and established the Rise Home property in 2025, laying the foundation for long-term housing solutions. 

• Launched the “60 Days to Home” campaign, raising over $300,000 in matching funds. 

• Partnered with local churches, businesses, and community members to provide furniture, security systems, landscaping, and more to prepare the property for opening! The Rise Home isn’t just housing—it’s a launchpad for a new life.
