Eric Ott for NicaLove

$500 goal
This NH Gives, I'm raising money for NicaLove — an organization founded by my friend Julie that brings veterinary care, rescue, and hope to animals in some of Nicaragua's most vulnerable communities. Since 2019, they've run mobile spay/neuter clinics, treated working horses, and built a shelter now caring for over 300 rescued animals.
To say thank you, I'm donating one of my own pieces — a 15"x15" framed digital collage print (#1 of only 2 ever made) — as a gift to one supporter who helps me reach my goal.
Here's how it works: donate $5 or more to my NicaLove page below, and you'll be helping animals who have nowhere else to turn. I'll be picking one supporter to receive the print as my way of saying thanks for being part of this.

Animals have always been at the center of my life. My wife and I are lifelong rescue/adopt people, and I've been a vegetarian for over 25 years. When my friend Julie, whom I met through Mary Jo Brown, founded NicaLove to bring veterinary care, rescue, and hope to animals in some of Nicaragua's most vulnerable communities, it was an easy cause to support. From mobile spay/neuter clinics to a shelter now caring for over 300 rescued animals, Julie's work since 2019 has been inspiring. I hope you'll join me in supporting Julie and the NicaLove team this NH Gives. Every dollar helps an animal with nowhere else to turn.
