For many adults with developmental disabilities, isolation is a daily reality. Friends In Action changes that through friendship, inclusion, and community.
At FIA, every participant is seen, valued, supported, and celebrated for exactly who they are. Through inclusive programs like theater, sports, volunteer opportunities, social events, and community outings, participants build confidence, friendships, independence, and a true sense of belonging.
I am so fortunate to be surrounded by this community. There is not a single day that I leave without feeling joy and fulfillment from the incredible participants and staff who make FIA so special. FIA is more than a program — it is a second family and a lifeline against isolation.
