For nearly two decades, Ascentria In-Home Care has diligently provided personalized, non-medical support to NH residents, promoting autonomy and security within their own homes, with a focus on low-income, disabled, and/or older individuals. 

Our clients rely on Medicaid assistance and often struggle with the rising cost of living. Your donation during NH Gives can help supply them with groceries and household essentials, supporting our mission to equip individuals to thrive in their homes.

The average American household spends around $475.25 per month on groceries. Your donation may help us assist In-Home Care program participants affected by food insecurity, thereby building stronger communities in New Hampshire.

At Ascentria we are called to improve the wellbeing of individuals, families, and communities facing systemic barriers. We serve children and families, older adults, people with disabilities and refugees and immigrants through the following programs: Therapeutic Family Connections, In-Home Care, Good News Garage, Language Bank (statewide interpreter program) and Services for New Americans.
