Since 1800, the Dana Meeting House Has Stood the Test of Time. With Your Help, It Will Stand for Centuries More.

The Dana Meeting House is one of New Hampshire's treasured historic landmarks—a place where history, community, and tradition continue to come together more than 225 years after its founding.

Today, we are seeking support for several important preservation projects that will help protect this remarkable building and improve access for future generations.

Our Preservation Priorities

Immediate Priority: Window Restoration

  • Repair and restore historic windowsills sills and frames to protect the building and preserve its character.

Future Site Improvements

  • Grade and level the grounds to improve parking, drainage, accessibility, and visitor safety.
  • Rebuild the accessibility ramp with a design that better reflects the Meeting House's historic architecture.
  • Reconstruct the outhouse and storage shed in keeping with the appearance and craftsmanship of the early 1800s.

Every donation helps preserve a unique piece of New Hampshire history and ensures that the Dana Meeting House remains a place of learning, gathering, and remembrance for generations to come.

Preserve the Past. Protect the Future.  Thank YOU for your generosity!
