At Family Promise of Greater Concord, we work every day to help families facing homelessness and housing insecurity regain stability, dignity, and hope. Through shelter, prevention assistance, transportation support, and personalized case management, we help parents and children build a path toward lasting independence.

• $75 could provide gas cards so parents can get to work, school, or appointments

• $250 could assist with rent to help prevent eviction
