Help Complete Concord’s Merrimack River Greenway Trail

Imagine being able to walk, run, bike, or roll safely along a continuous trail connecting Boscawen, Penacook, Concord, and Pembroke. That’s the vision of the Merrimack River Greenway Trail.

Friends of the MRGT is an all-volunteer nonprofit working closely with the City of Concord to turn that vision into reality.

Since 2011, community support has helped raise more than $800,000 and build major sections of the trail, including the Terrill Park and Sunflower sections. Today, work is advancing on the Penacook Rail Trail, bringing the MRGT one step closer to completion.
