Granite Hearth

Granite Hearth is a New Hampshire nonprofit expanding access to technology, digital skills, and STEM learning opportunities across the state. We work with schools, workforce organizations, libraries, family support programs, and community partners to make sure people of all ages can participate fully in a digital world.

Our work is practical, community based, and built to scale. Granite Hearth develops digital skills curriculum, trains Digital Navigators, supports local organizations launching technology programs, distributes devices to partners serving learners, and strengthens STEM and workforce pathways for youth and adults. We also serve as partner organization for the Seacoast Coalition for Digital Literacy, a network of approximately 100 organizations working to advance digital navigation and digital access.

In 2026, Granite Hearth is growing from a start up nonprofit into a statewide capacity building organization. We are developing Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Digital Navigator curriculum, piloting resources with community partners such as Dover Adult Learning Center, and preparing youth digital skills curriculum connected to workforce development opportunities. Our work is also connected to the FORGE Project with NH Children’s Trust, a five year initiative that connects Granite Hearth with family resource centers across New Hampshire.

A gift of $100 can provide a full year of curriculum access for a Digital Navigator.
A gift of $2,000 can help train a partner organization, such as a school, library, or community program, to launch digital skills support in their community.
A gift of $5,000 can help provide training, curriculum, and computers for a local partner serving learners who need access to both technology and support.
