At Horizons Counseling Center, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive, confidential, and affordable outpatient treatment and referral services to individuals and families dealing with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Our staff offers educational and prevention programming for schools, church and civic groups, and community organizations on request. 

Consultation is available to medical, social services, and other healthcare providers on request.
