$5,000 Goal

KCLT was born out of conversations that started back in 2020 about a simple but urgent need: people who live and work in the Kearsarge region deserve stable, affordable places to call home. And the land around us (the forests, the farms, the wetlands) deserves to be protected from the pressures of a speculative real estate market.

Our mission is to create resilience and connection through the intersection of land and housing. That means working across a whole range of interconnected goals: stable and affordable housing, regenerative agriculture, local economic revitalization, ecological conservation, and Indigenous land rights.

We envision a future where land is stewarded collectively, housing is affordable and stable, and both farmland and forests are accessible to those who care for them.
