Health isn’t just one visit or one need. It’s having a trusted place to turn through every stage of life. That’s why we offer a wide range of services for individuals and families across our region - all in one place, and regardless of ability to pay. 

From primary care and same-day sick visits, to mental health support, oral health, and physical and occupational therapy, our team is here to support your health in every way. We also provide affordable radiology services like MRI, CT, X-Ray and Ultrasound, as well as orthopedic and chiropractic care, helping patients get answers, treatment, and recovery support without having to travel far.

Whether it’s a child coming in for a check-up, a parent navigating a tough season, or someone recovering from an injury, we’re here—offering compassionate, high-quality care that meets people where they are.

As a community health center, we believe everyone deserves access to care, regardless of their ability to pay. In the past two years alone, Mid-State Health Center has provided over $500,000 in unreimbursed care, ensuring our neighbors receive the care they need, even when they cannot afford it.
