Who We Are

The Mount Washington Valley Housing Coalition, Inc. (MWVHC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit advocacy organization, serving the New Hampshire communities of Albany, Bartlett, Chatham, Conway/North Conway, Eaton, Freedom, Hart's Location, Jackson, Madison, Ossipee, Tamworth and the Maine communities of Brownfield and Fryeburg.

Our mission is to ensure that residents of the Mount Washington Valley have access to a sufficient supply of affordable homes, both for rent and for purchase. We do this through community education, local and state-level advocacy, and strategic collaboration.

We work closely with businesses, elected officials, community members, and other stakeholders to spark local action and drive meaningful change. By bringing together the people who care about the future of our valley, we’re building a stronger, more inclusive community where everyone has a place to call home.
