New Hampshire Alliance for End of Life Options

The NH Alliance for End of Life Options is a grassroots, citizen-led, completely NH-funded nonprofit working to improve end-of-life experiences for all Granite Staters. 

We help people understand their options, clarify their values, talk with the people who matter most, and take part in shaping a more compassionate public conversation about end-of-life care and choice.

We empower people — personally and collectively — to make informed end-of-life decisions based on their own values, beliefs, and needs.

We do this by:

• Providing clear, factual education about the full range of end-of-life options.
• Encouraging open, honest conversations about dying and personal wishes.
• Advocating for medical aid in dying (MAiD) – a carefully regulated form of patient-directed dying for mentally capable, terminally ill adults.
