New Hampshire Association of Conservation Commissions

Help NH's municipal conservation commissions protect natural resources to ensure that our local environment remains healthy.

The New Hampshire Association of Conservation Commissions is the only non-profit organization dedicated to providing support, education, and advocacy for NH’s conservation commissions, so they can remain relevant and instrumental in protecting their municipalities’ natural resources. For more than fifty years, NHACC has supported conservation commissions with technical assistance, training, and networking opportunities. 

We serve approximately 1,500 volunteer commission members who play a critical role in protecting ecologically significant areas. We are a network that is strong and plays a vital role in the protection and conservation of NH’s natural environment. Through our leadership, communications, consultation, and relationship building with Commission members, we have developed a strong network with our commission members and partner organizations that bring diverse perspectives, resources, and expertise.
