REACH provides essential, trauma-informed services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence throughout Manchester, New Boston, Goffstown, Bedford, Candia, Auburn, Londonderry, Derry, Weare, and Deering. As a cornerstone of safety and healing in the area, REACH delivers a full continuum of crisis intervention, advocacy, housing, and support services designed to help survivors rebuild their lives with dignity and stability.
Our 24/7 crisis intervention program offers both in-person response and a confidential support line, ensuring immediate access to safety planning, emotional support, and emergency resources. REACH’s emergency shelter provides a safe, confidential place for individuals and families escaping violence. The shelter is a secure, trauma-informed environment that meets the evolving needs of survivors. In addition, our Rapid Rehousing Program assists survivors in securing stable, long-term housing by providing short-term financial assistance, case management, and connections to community resources that promote independence and prevent homelessness.
REACH advocates offer comprehensive support across systems—accompanying survivors to hospitals, police departments, and the Child Advocacy Center (CAC), and providing guidance and advocacy through both family and criminal court proceedings, including assistance with restraining orders and legal accompaniment. Our advocates also connect clients with essential community-based referrals for counseling, healthcare, education, employment, and financial stability.
In addition to direct services, REACH is committed to education and community outreach to prevent violence and build awareness. Our staff provide training and presentations to schools, community organizations, law enforcement, and local agencies, promoting early intervention, healthy relationships, and a community culture that prioritizes safety and respect.
Through collaborative partnerships with law enforcement, healthcare providers, schools, and social service agencies, REACH works to ensure a coordinated, compassionate community response to violence and trauma. Every service we provide is grounded in the belief that safety, dignity, and stability are basic human rights. Without REACH’s comprehensive, survivor-centered services, many individuals and families across our service area would have nowhere to turn in times of crisis.
