Rise for baby and family offers two critical programs for families in the Monadnock Region: early intervention for children with developmental delays or disabilities; and inclusive child care for children of all abilities.
Early intervention provides care from physical, speech, and occupational therapists, as well as educators and mental health counselors. It's essential to help children in need get ready to successfully start school with their peers. Rise serves approximately 500 families each year in this program. That's about 6,000 individual home visits annually, from Walpole to Greenville and everywhere in between! Families never get a bill for this critical care, making it accessible to every child in the Monadnock Region who qualifies based on their needs.
Our child care program is safe, play-based, and open to children of all abilities. Finding child care is a challenge for every family. It's even more difficult with an infant or toddler with developmental challenges. We work hard to keep our program affordable for families.
Our fundraising allows us to fill the gap between what is covered by insurance for early intervention services and what families need, as well as to support families in our child care program facing challenges. Our goal is to help every child and family we work with grow and thrive.
Your generous support makes all this possible!
