Contributions made during NH Gives will directly support our ability to continue providing high‑quality, effective, and accessible mental health services to individuals of all ages and levels of acuity, regardless of their ability to pay.

• Mobile Crisis Deployments from July 2025 to May 2026: 396
• Uncompensated Patient Care in FY24-FY26: Over $2.5 million

Who We Are

Estabalished in 1963, Seacoast Mental Health Center (SMHC) is a state-designated community mental health center and operates as an independent non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Headquarted in Portsmouth, our mission is to provide a broad, comprehensive array of high-quality, effective, and accessbile mental health services to residents in the eastern half of Rockingham County. 

In FY25, SMHC provided care to nearly 5,800 unique patients and families.
