This year for NH Gives, we are fundraising for a plaque for the Chinook statue. Help us tell the epic story of Chinook and Arthur Walden, to educate visitors about our state dog.
The Tamworth History Center’s mission is to preserve, protect, and promote an awareness of the richness and uniqueness of Tamworth’s history. We accomplish these things in many ways, including maintaining an extensive collection of town artefacts and treasures, annual exhibits, programs and workshops, and social events and storytelling. We work to keep our history alive, and re-interpreted to have meaning for each new generation in Tamworth.
