At JobForward, we believe that where you live should not determine your access to opportunity. Across the country, and here in New Hampshire, too many individuals, especially those without college degrees, are excluded from pathways to stable, well-paying careers. At the same time, employers struggle to find the skilled talent they need to grow.

We exist to close that gap.

JobForward partners with employers, educators, and community organizations to build apprenticeship programs that connect people directly to good jobs. These programs allow individuals to earn a paycheck while gaining the skills and credentials needed to advance, without taking on student debt. But we do not just launch programs. We build the systems that make them work long term.

In many communities, especially rural ones, apprenticeship does not scale on its own. Employers may want to participate but lack the time, resources, or hiring volume to do it alone. Training providers may be ready but disconnected from real employer demand. Public funding exists but is often difficult to access or align.

The result is missed opportunity for workers, businesses, and entire regions.

We work across sectors to organize employers, design and register apprenticeship programs, align education and workforce partners, and help communities build sustainable systems that continue long after initial funding ends. By doing so, we turn fragmented efforts into coordinated pathways that open doors for individuals and strengthen local economies.

The impact is real. JobForward has supported apprenticeship programs across more than 40 states and 65 occupations, helping over 10,000 apprentices access career pathways and achieve a 73% completion rate, more than double the national average.
