Fall Mountain Friendly Meals

Helping our neighbors, One Meal at a Time. 

At Fall Mountain Friendly Meals, we believe no one in our community should have to wonder where their next meal will come from. 

As a local 501(c)(3), our organization supports three vital programs serving Sullivan County and the greater Fall Mountain area: Fall Mountain Friendly Meals, Fall Mountain Food Shelf and Charlestown Food Shelf. 

Every week, we help provide food security to hundreds of local families and deliver nutritious hot meals to seniors and homebound individuals who depend on us not just for food but for a reminder that someone cares. 

Through our food shelves, families can access groceries, fresh foods, frozen and refrigerated items during difficult times.  Through Friendly Meals, seniors and homebound individuals receive nourshing prepared meals delivered with compassion twice a week.  

No one is turned away. 

The need continues to grow as food and living costs rise.  Your support during New Hampshire Gives, June 9-10, helps provide meals, groceries, delivery services, refrigeration, and emergency food assistance for local neighbors who need it most. 

Every dollar stays local.  Every donation matters.  Every meal makes a difference.
