We support over 5,000 community members each year by providing stable housing, medical, dental and mental health care, substance misuse treatment, employment services, and other vital services.

Harbor Care provides community members who are low-income, homeless, disabled or military Veterans in New Hampshire with affordable housing, primary and behavioral health care, employment and job training, and supportive services.
