NFI North's Care Management Entity (CME) programs help children, youth, and families across New Hampshire navigate complex behavioral health challenges, access critical services, and build stronger futures. Through personalized care coordination, family-driven planning, and community-based support, our programs empower families to thrive at home, in school, and in their communities.

NFI North is a dynamic and multi-faceted behavioral health organization that provides educational, social, psychological and residential services for children, youth, families, adults and seniors across the Northern New England States of New Hampshire and Maine. Through our more than twenty six services we inspire and empower people to reach their full potential so that they can live successfully within their own home and community.
