• Provide concrete supports that stabilize families. In 2025 alone, NHCT distributed more than 191,000 diapers, helping to reduce financial strain and prevent crises before they escalate.
• Strengthen the family-serving workforce. In 2025, we supported more than 850 child and family support professionals, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to better serve thousands of New Hampshire families.

• Increase awareness of and access to family supports. In 2025, our team engaged more than 3,500 community members statewide through prevention-focused presentations and outreach.

• Lead and coordinate statewide prevention efforts. By working closely with state agencies, community-based organizations, and cross-sector partners, NHCT helps align resources, strengthen systems, and remove barriers that impede family well-being.
