Pathways is a non-profit agency that serves people with disabilities in their home communities in Sullivan and Lower Grafton counties. Pathway works with children, adults and their families to provide ongoing, individualized support. Pathways works with local agencies, programs and businesses to provide individuals with meaningful work, recreation, and community life.

Key Areas Your Contributions Help Are:

Special Needs Dentistry (Medicaid does not fund
specialized dental services under the Disability Waiver)

Adaptive Equipment (Technology that greatly
enhances quality of life)

Clothing and Personal Needs

Recreational Expenses (Therapeutic Riding,
Camperships, etc)

Pathways primary source of funding is through Medicaid. As a need-based insurance program, Medicaid is utilized primarily for accessing goods and services directly related to an individual’s developmental disability or acquired brain disorder. Unfortunately, that leaves the areas of dentalcare, clothing, and recreation expenses for our individuals unfunded. Pathways works with individuals to provide them with access to these services, however, our agency needs the support of the community to continue to fund these additional expenditures, and helping us continually ensure a full,
quality of life is achieved for our individuals.

Please help us reach our goal of
$4000 and 50 new donors for 2026
