Located in Dover, New Hampshire, Reach for the Top Therapy Services provides comprehensive, outpatient occupational, physical, mental health, and speech therapies for children with exceptional needs through a family-centered model.

At Reach, we believe in the brilliance, individuality, and potential of every child. Our work is rooted in family-centered, trauma-informed, and neuroaffirming care that honors each child’s identity, communication and learning style, sensory profile, and physical abilities. Whether a child is building strength after an injury, learning to use a speech-generating device, or navigating sensory and developmental differences in order to eat, we meet them with respect, creativity, and expertise—connecting their needs to their strengths through a compassionate, evidence-based approach that also meets insurance standards for medical necessity.

We serve over 400 children weekly and more than 600 annually at our 501(c)(3) nonprofit pediatric therapy center—named Dover’s 2025 Nonprofit of the Year—with occupational, speech, and physical therapy, as well as 20 innovative specialty programs. We don’t exist to “fix” children. We exist to build a better system around them.
