As a nonprofit visiting nurse association, we are dedicated to serving our community through compassionate,
high-quality home health care. Our mission is to "advance care at home through personal empowerment, compassion, and exceptional service." In 2025, we rebranded to the Elliot VNA, we have been a longstanding part of Elliot Health System.

We offer a variety of services to meet the needs of individuals and families in
our area:

• Home Health Care: 
  Skilled care provided to homebound patients, including assessments, education, and treatments, delivered by our multidisciplinary team of nurses, rehabilitation specialists, social workers, and licensed nursing assistants. 
• Palliative Care: 
  For individuals with life-limiting conditions, our palliative care program focuses on maintaining a high quality of life while managing symptoms, allowing patients to continue seeking treatment or a cure. 
• Hospice Care: 
  Compassionate end of life care for individuals who have decided to stop curative treatment for terminal illnesses. Our hospice team includes clinicians, medical directors, bereavement support, spiritual care, and volunteers. Mater
• Maternal and Child Health Services: Offering care to expectant mothers, postpartum moms, newborns, and pediatric patients. 
• Community Services:
  We provide community screening clinics, bereavement groups, and memorial services to support those in need.

How do your donations Makes a Difference

As a nonprofit healthcare program, we are committed to ensuring that essential care is available to all, regardless of insurance or ability to p ay. Your donation helps the Elliot VNA in many ways:

Supporting those without insurance: Providing services to individuals who cannot afford care or w
here insurance coverage is limited. 

Meeting the immediate needs: Supplying patients with items not covered by insurance,
such as air conditioners, food, utility expenses, and other essential health-related needs. 

Promoting wellness: Offering programs designed to improve the overall health and well-being of our community.

Expanding service and developing new programs to address emerging health issues and providing additional training for our staff. 

Enhancing care: Investing in technology and equipment to improve patient outcomes.

Every donation directly contributes to ensuring that these vital services continue to be available for those in need. At some point in life, each of us will either require these services or know someone who does. The VNA’s meaningful work allows individuals to remain in their homes- whether to recover or pass with dignity surrounded by loved ones.
