Yoga in Action

Yoga in Action supports community wellness, bridges care gaps, and provides community-focused environments for myriad underserved groups through free and accessible yoga practices tailored to specific experiences.

Community yoga practices have been proven to decrease stress and anxiety, increase quality of sleep, support the recovery process, ease isolation, increase mobility, and support overall health and wellness no matter what an individual is going through.

Yoga in Action provides specialized & trauma-informed classes for seniors, folks with a cancer diagnosis, those living with disability, individuals in recovery from substance misuse and trauma, and veterans.
