For 85 years, the New Hampshire Art Association has been a cornerstone of creativity in our state.
From supporting emerging artists to building inclusive spaces for expression, our mission has always been clear: to connect people through the power of art.
This year, as we celebrate our 85th anniversary, we’re not just looking back—we’re building forward. And we need your help.
Our goal is to raise $20,000 to sustain and expand the programs that make NHAA a vibrant and vital part of our community. Thanks to a generous donor, your gift will be matched dollar for dollar up to $10,000, doubling your impact.
It gets even better! The first 20 donors who give $250 or more will receive a limited edition print of Rocks and Roll by the late artist Barbara Morse, generously donated by Alan Morse in her memory.
Here’s what your support will fuel:
🌟 Fledgling: Artists Under 30, offering young artists their first professional exhibition experience—and a launchpad for creative careers.
🏛️ Biennial Two, our most prestigious exhibition, will debut this fall in a new partnership with The Gallery at Jimmy’s. With space to showcase twice the number of works as last time, we’re raising the bar for contemporary art in New Hampshire.
🎙️ Second Saturday Speaker Series, providing accessible, inspiring talks and workshops to artists and art-lovers alike.
🌈 The Queer Youth Self-Portrait Project, now in its third year, is a powerful collaboration with NH Outright that offers LGBTQ+ youth a supportive space to explore identity and self-expression through visual storytelling. This program continues to foster confidence, connection, and community through art.
For 85 years, we’ve championed artists.
With your support, we’ll continue doing that for 85 more.
Your donation helps us provide opportunities, fund exhibitions, support artists' professional development, and keep the arts thriving across New Hampshire.
Help shape the future of art in our community.
Give today, and your contribution will be matched to go twice as far.
Together, we’ll make sure the next generation of artists has the support they need to create, to share, and to shine.
The New Hampshire Art Association operates the Robert Lincoln Levy Gallery and off-site venues to service our Seacoast and statewide community of artists. NHAA is also committed to bringing art into the community to foster creativity and spirit. This includes providing programs for children, scholarships and awards for student and seasoned artists. opportunities for those with life challenges. We would like to do more. All that we do depends on the donations we receive.
