At the Clay Cultural Center, we share the transformative power of clay through healing, education, science, art, and community. With your support, we’re building a center that brings all of these together under one roof. We are committed to making clay accessible to all. As part of our mission, we actively reach out to underserved populations, individuals with disabilities, and communities with limited access. Through inclusive programming and partnerships, we strive to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to experience clay’s healing, educational, and transformative potential.
Each donation level helps shape a different part of our vision:
You help us build resources that deepen public understanding of clay’s history, science, and versatility. You support outreach, social media, and core programs that connect us with new communities and voices. You fund meaningful experiences, like our upcoming retreat for single mothers. You help us develop toolkits for educators to teach clay science in classrooms. You contribute to the construction of our cultural center.
Even a $10 gift helps lay both a literal and symbolic foundation, contributing to our ferrocement structure, a sustainable, accessible space that reflects our values and care for people and the planet.
Our space grounds and transforms. Clay connects us to each other, to the earth, and to the stories we carry. Our future museum will honor global clay traditions, and our community restaurant will nourish lives through food, art, and shared experience. Those who give at the highest level—our Founding Building Benefactors- will be honored with their names on handcrafted clay plaques at the building’s entrance. Together, we’re building something that feeds, teaches, heals, and endures, hand-built with purpose, from the ground up.
