Suggestions to get started 

For those who know me, you know that I was a caregiver for my father for many years. That experience played a significant role in leading me to the work I do today with Ascentria Care Alliance's In-Home Care Program.

Every day, I have the privilege of connecting with individuals across New Hampshire who want to remain in their homes, just as my father did. In-home care services help make that possible by assisting with meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal care, transportation to medical appointments, errands, and many other daily needs.

Through my work, I meet people who are struggling to obtain even the most basic necessities. Thanks to funds raised through NH Gives, our agency has been able to provide support such as groceries, warm clothing, pet food, and other essential items that help individuals maintain their independence and dignity.

There is one word that consistently describes how people feel when they receive this assistance: grateful.
