This June, Capital Region Habitat for Humanity is raising funds to help complete two critical projects for local homeowners living in poverty:
- Replacing an unsafe front deck
- Installing a safe, accessible wheelchair ramp
For many families in our community, something as simple as entering or leaving their home safely can become a daily struggle. Unsafe stairs, deteriorating decks, and lack of accessibility create serious safety risks - especially for elderly homeowners, individuals with disabilities, and families already facing financial hardship.
Through the support of volunteers, donors, and community partners, we are working to provide these homeowners with safe access to their homes and the dignity they deserve.
Your donation helps provide:
- Lumber and building materials
- Accessibility ramp construction
- Safety improvements
- Volunteer project support
- Critical exterior home repairs
Every dollar stays local and directly supports families throughout Merrimack County.
Because we are entirely volunteer-driven with no paid employees, your contribution goes directly toward project costs and helping neighbors in need.
Together, we can help local homeowners remain safe, independent, and secure in the homes they love.
Please consider donating, volunteering, or sharing our mission this June. Every family deserves a safe way home.
