I love making connections with families in our community through parenting groups, home visiting (support one on one in the home), weekly summer outings (Families, Forest, and Farms), or sharing information and referrals. I love being a part of this dynamic staff. Every day is a new adventure. I can be found helping find housing, pushing a stroller, or facilitating a parenting group one day, and could be supporting someone with labor and delivery on the next. We all need a hand, a shoulder to lean on, or someone to listen once and a while. Parenting has its highs and lows, it has frustrations, joys, crises, and wins. We want the best for our children, and getting together with others can be fun for both parent and child. I hope you will join me in supporting The River Center.
