Meet Teddy and Nora
We are proud to support local families when they need a helping hand. Teddy and Nora recently came into our care after a New Hampshire family reached out for assistance during a difficult time.
These two easygoing dogs simply needed a safe place to land. At Second Chance Ranch Rescue, we work to keep dogs out of uncertain situations by providing support to local owners when life takes an unexpected turn.
Whenever possible, we work alongside local families to prevent dogs from ending up in uncertain situations. By providing assistance when it's needed most, we help keep dogs safe, cared for, and surrounded by compassion.
Teddy and Nora's story is a reminder that rescue isn't always about saving dogs from neglect or abandonment. Sometimes it's about being there for families when life takes an unexpected turn and ensuring beloved pets have the support they need until brighter days are ahead.

"Hi! We're Teddy and Nora.
Life got a little complicated for our family, and they needed some help. Even though they loved us very much, they wanted to make sure we would be safe and cared for while they worked through a difficult time.
That's when SCRR stepped in.
We found a safe place to stay, kind people to look after us, and plenty of love along the way. Most importantly, we learned that we didn't have to be afraid because there were people willing to help when we needed it most. To us, SCRR means comfort, care, and knowing that no one has to face life's challenges alone.
