Dear Friends,

This summer marks the end of a chapter for me, a little over 10 years connected to The Cornucopia Project, including six meaningful years on the board. I first walked through organizations’s doors in January 2016 when Juniper was 1. I was eager to get out of the house and join a mission-driven team. Hired as an administrative coordinator, I soon found myself leading the Farm to Fork program. That program changed my life and the lives of so many young people. Since then I’ve watched CP grow from a small three-woman team into a stronger organization doing deeper, lasting work in our community.

The farm is thriving, generously supporting the local food pantry and addressing food insecurity across our region. Programs I once taught,  like the cooking club, are now part of middle school curriculum and offer sliding-scale take-home meal kits so families can bring learning into their own kitchens. Our school garden program continues to hum along as the foundation for so much of this impact. I am deeply grateful to have been part of this growth and transformation.

As I step down from the board, I’d love to go out with a bang. I’ve set a goal of 50 donors for NH Gives. It truly doesn’t matter how much you give, only that you give. A gift of $5–$10 helps us reach that goal and puts Cornucopia in contention for the “Power of Many” prize of $5,000. Five dollars from you could help us win five thousand dollars, a huge boost for our programs.

Your donation plants seeds of connection, resilience, and hope that will keep growing long into the future

With gratitude,

Hannah B
