The current marquee at the Janice B. Streeter Theatre is a relic of the beloved American Stage Festival, which left Nashua in the 70’s for what is now the Amato center in Milford. The marquee has served us well, but poses safety risks and logistical challenges to manually change over for each show.
A new digital marquee would allow for all performing groups that use the space to safely, simply, and attractively advertise for upcoming productions, and even for special events like auditions. Investing in the marquee would benefit each of these theatre, dance, and school groups.
