What makes a theatre KAPOW show "KAPOW"?

We think a lot about elements of the stage: scenery, costumes, lights, impact and relevance of a script, virtuosity of the performers, and more. Then we think about elements of composition: writing on the stage with space and time to create an experience for the audience.
