When I received my MS diagnosis in 2019, my world turned upside down. Beyond the physical symptoms and the sudden uncertainty of what my future held, I quickly realized how isolating and financially devastating this disease can be. Suddenly, you are facing unexpected medical bills, the need for accessibility tools, and the overwhelming feeling that you are navigating this terrifying journey by yourself.

I knew I couldn't just sit back. I wanted to turn my own story into a lifeline for others. That’s how Locke’s Promise was born.

Our mission is simple but urgent: to make sure that right here in New Hampshire, no one has to face this disease by themselves. We live by the motto "Never MS Alone."

Where Your Donation Goes

When you support Locke’s Promise during NH Gives, your donation stays local. It makes an immediate, tangible difference in the lives of individuals and families fighting MS in our community. The funds we raise directly support:

 *Financial Assistance Grants: Providing up to $1,000 to help NH residents cover co-pays, medications, physical therapy, and necessary accessibility equipment like walkers or scooters.

 *Home & Vehicle Modifications: Easing the heavy financial burden of renovations so people with MS can maintain their independence and navigate their daily lives safely.

 *Funding the Future: Pushing critical research forward so we can find a cure in our lifetime.

We just saw the incredible power of our community on the mountain at Climb the Peak, and NH Gives is our chance to keep that incredible momentum going. Every single dollar raised helps us say "yes" to another family who needs a ramp, a specialized therapy session, or just the reassurance that their neighbors have their back.
