Give Hope to Grieving Children and Families

Thank you for supporting my fundraiser for Friends of Aine.

Friends of Aine is the only organization in New Hampshire solely focused on childhood bereavement. Their mission is to help children who have experienced the death of a loved one navigate a path to a hopeful future.

Through peer-to-peer support groups, school-based programs, trainings, and community resources, Friends of Aine provides children and families with connection, understanding, and hope after loss. All services are offered at no cost to families.

1 in 12 children in New Hampshire will experience the death of a parent or sibling before the age of 18. Bereaved youth are 175% more likely to develop substance misuse disorder, and 1 in 4 youth suicides are bereaved kids. Though these statistics are grim, we know that with the right support, grieving children can build resilience and thrive. Your gift helps ensure that more children and families have access to the support they need, when they need it most.
