Theatre has taken me around the world and introduced me to remarkable artists, communities, and experiences. What drew me to the Playhouse is something uniquely special. Its commitment to artistic excellence, education, and community, all existing together in one space. It is a model that is both ambitious and deeply human. One that values professional artistry while creating meaningful opportunities for students, volunteers, emerging artists, and audiences to belong.

As I begin this chapter, I am filled with gratitude for the foundation that has been built and energized by what lies ahead.
