After 10 years of working at Avenue A, I've had the privilege of watching hundreds of young people grow, overcome challenges, discover their strengths, and build meaningful connections. I've seen firsthand how life-changing a caring community, trusted mentors, and opportunities for belonging can be. I continue to be inspired by the creativity, resilience, kindness, and potential of the youth we serve every day. They are truly remarkable, and they are absolutely worth investing in!
