My name is T.D. Thompson and I am on the Board of Directors at The Chase Home for Children. My daughter, Isla, and I are raising funds for the Chase Home.
Since 1877, The Chase Home’s mission has been dedicated to supporting youth and families. The Chase Home is committed to providing trauma-informed residential and community-based support services to at-risk youth and their families. Through our comprehensive programs, Chase Home aims to foster a nurturing environment that promotes healing, growth, and independence for youth in need.
