Wanakee is a place that means the world to me. Having experienced its magic as a camper, staff member, and now a board member, I know firsthand the profound impact camp has on a person's life.

I am so proud to fundraise for Wanakee during NH Gives. Every summer, I am amazed by this community’s commitment to ensuring hundreds of kids have a safe, accepting space to grow. At Wanakee, kids disconnect from technology and connect with each other. They try new things, make lifelong friends, and discover who they are.

This year, our NH Gives fundraising is focused on a much-needed upgrade: building a brand-new health lodge. This modern facility will allow our medical team to provide top-tier care in a comfortable, private environment. Plus, with heating and AC, it will offer crucial flexibility for off-season programs.
