I am a huge fan of Community Caregivers of Greater Derry & the Loaner's Closet for Durable Medical Equipment.
Their mission is near and dear to me. Enriching Lives and Supporting Individuals to Remain Independent Through a Volunteer Community.
I proudly serve on the Board at Community Caregivers. We help to steward the mission, fundraise, plan outreach events and expand services when needed.
Our compassionate volunteers to help homebound seniors with Groceries, Transportation, Handyman Repairs, Telephone Reassurance and Yard work. Their Loaner's Closet possessed a state-of-the-art cleaning machine to safely sanitize all new and returned items before they are issued to a grateful patron.
Although our services are all free of charge, I assure you it does not come without costs.
