This NH Gives team was created by program participants of On the Road to Wellness who want to come together in support of a resource that matters deeply to them, their peers, and communities across New Hampshire.
On the Road to Wellness provides free, peer-led, nonclinical support for adults seeking connection, wellness, recovery, and a place where they can feel welcomed and understood. For many participants, OTRTW is more than a program — it is a community, a safe place to show up as they are, and a reminder that no one has to walk their wellness journey alone.
Together, we are asking for your support to help ensure that On the Road to Wellness remains available not only for those of us who access it now, but for others across New Hampshire who may need this kind of support in the future.
