Discover AVA Gallery and Art Center

Located in a beautifully restored 150-year-old textile factory, AVA Gallery is a vibrant hub for creativity in the Upper Valley. Our 41,500-square-foot, ADA-compliant facility includes eight art classrooms, 19 artist studios, and eight exhibition spaces—including the Bank Street Gallery, a welcoming venue for artist members to exhibit and sell their work.

AVA offers hands-on opportunities in a variety of artistic disciplines, from traditional visual arts classes like painting and drawing to woodwork, ceramics, and metalworking in our Sculptural Studies Building. AVA is a place for artistic exploration and community connection, no matter your arts interest!

In 2024 alone, AVA hosted over 170 art classes, 60 hours of free community programs, and 10 artist talks and events. More than 460 artists exhibited their work, earning over $50,000 in sales, and our galleries welcomed 11,000+ visitors. We also awarded $10,000+ in financial assistance to make art accessible to everyone.

We proudly collaborate with over 30 local organizations and are committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful environment for all—regardless of background or identity.

All are welcome here. Visit us Tuesday through Saturday, 11 AM–5 PM.
