Seacoast Area Bicycle Riders

SABR is a nonprofit, volunteer organization with the mission of making the Seacoast better for biking. We've been providing a unified voice for all kinds of bike riders in the Seacoast of New Hampshire and southern Maine since 1992. Our goal is to improve the safety, accessibility, and enjoyment of biking in the area.
 
 By donating to SABR, you are joining hundreds of others to give strength to the Seacoast’s only cycling advocacy group.
 Your donation supports:

• Advocacy for improving our region's biking infrastructure
• Community events and rides such as our annual Portsmouth Mayors Ride and national Bike to Work Day
• Education and resources for riders of all abilities, including kids bike rodeos to learn about safe riding
• Our Seacoast Pedal It Forward (SPIF) program volunteers refurbish donated bikes and SPIF then offers them to organizations and individuals in need of transportation and recreation, along with a helmet, bike light and lock. We help keep usable bicycles out of landfills. SABR and SPIF promote bicycle riding as part of a healthy and active lifestyle.
