At SELT, our mission is to protect and sustain the significant lands in Southeast New Hampshire for clean water, fresh food, outdoor recreation, healthy forests, and wildlife habitat. We strive to steward these lands and the natural resources contained within through easement monitoring and land management programs, ensuring that the beauty of benefits of nature will last for all generations!

Since 1980, SELT has worked in 52 communities of southeastern New Hampshire to conserve over tens of thousands of acres of land through conservation agreements and ownerships. SELT is accredited by the Land Trust Accreditation Commission. We rely on the generosity and support of community members throughout southeastern New Hampshire and beyond.
