I'm raising funds for the Concord Coalition to End Homelessness (CCEH) during NH Gives because everyone deserves a safe, stable place to call home.
CCEH works every day to help individuals experiencing homelessness move from crisis to stability. Through services like the Resource Center, housing navigation, emergency shelter support, and permanent supportive housing, CCEH helps people rebuild their lives and secure lasting housing.
When someone is experiencing homelessness, the barriers can feel overwhelming. Replacing important documents, accessing healthcare, applying for housing, and navigating support systems can be difficult to do alone. CCEH provides the guidance, resources, and support people need to take those next steps.
In 2025, CCEH recorded over 15,000 visits to the Resource Center from over 700 unique individuals. In that same year, CCEH helped 37 individuals exit homelessness into permanent housing.
To date in 2026, 14 individuals have moved into permanent housing thanks to CCEH and our community partners.
