MSHC & Little Antlers Learning Center

Mid-State Health Center, the organization that I work for, is a non-profit community health center that provides quality primary care, oral health, behavioral health, & same-day services, along with so much more, to my local community! MSHC has provided over half of a million dollars in uncompensated care since 2023. Why? Because our mission is to provide quality care, regardless of the patient's ability to pay. We believe everyone deserves care when they need it!

I would like to take a moment to highlight an additional service that MSHC offers that is near and dear to my heart; Mid-State's Little Antlers Learning Center is a childcare center for babies and children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. My daughter has attended the LALC program since she was 3 months old! I have such a peace of mind knowing my daughter is in a fun and safe environment with a group of supportive and caring teachers when I am at work. The teachers at LALC go above and beyond to care of my daughter and I cannot thank them enough!

Why am I trying to raise funds for my organization? It's simple, MSHC & LALC both provide so much to my local community. The current landscape makes it not only challenging to keep the health center and learning center running but more specifically to maintain the quality of care that these services provide. Without financial support, MSHC would not be able to continue providing the amount of charity care that we do, to the patients that do not have the means to see a doctor otherwise; LALC wouldn't be able to afford the top-notch teachers that I appreciate so much or to maintain their beautiful facility and amazing play areas for our community's children.
